The easiest way to make popcorn is to put some popcorn kernels in a paper bag and throw it in the microwave. Hit the "Popcorn" button and watch the magic happen.

It's perfection every time, no additives and cheap cheap cheap.

I've made Kettle Corn with my Whirleypop! Worked like a charm. It was one of the recipes that came with it, just followed that and bam, yummy kettle corn! Just be sure to soak the pot in water right away after you dump out the popcorn when it's done; the sugar can be hard to scrub off later if you don't.

a few tips from my homemade recipe for yummy, healthy (relatively), sweet popcorn:

- i always pop corn in a small-med. size pot with a good lid
- sometimes i rinse out the pot first and leave just a tiny bit of moisture in there with the oil - helps to pop the corn big & yummy
- i use olive oil to pop the corn, and as a flavor enhancer after popping - instead of butter
- when i want it sweet, after adding 1-2 capfuls of olive oil to the popped corn, i'll drizzle some honey while stirring, and of course, never forget judicious salting

really yummy!
