Made a batch of "Dubbel" this weekend with fellow foodie, Butch.
Dubbel is a Belgian beer style dating back to 1856. This particular recipe includes honey and rock candy. Normally, I am a purist and won't make beers with fruit and sugar but the people at my beer shop, Fermentation Settlement in Campbell, recommend it and their recommendations have always been good.
