It was a special at Los Gatos Meat Company. I had gone there to get a corned beef for St Patrick's Day. They have awesome sandwiches.
Pulled lamb is about what you might imagine — meaty, saucy, smoky. It has sweet onions and a not-too-sweet, nicely smoky sauce, just enough to almost be messy but not quite. Mine was on a dutch-crunch roll.
