One of the ways I plan to keep myself on the vegetarian track is to make sure I don't feel deprived. That's my rule anyway — I try to make sure everything I eat is worth eating.
Here's my first vegetarian meal:
It's avocad0 and munster cheese on toasted sourdough, with kalamata olives.

I would never have put those things together for a sandwich, but it actually looks kinda good!
